I was wondering if you are accepting food vendors for this year’s Harvest and Wine Festival.

I'm writing you on behalf of Smoked and Sauced Authentic Texas BBQ from Archbald, PA. We primarily do private catering and special events.

Our menu favorite is our Beef Brisket. It is seasoned and smoked to perfection ( over 12 hours). Our other specialty items are: pulled pork, Chicken fillet or pulled chicken and Chicken Speedies. Our side dishes include, Smoked Mac n Cheese, and Tater tot Casserole. Items can be purchased as plattered dishes, sandwiches or alacarte.

We would love the opportunity to work at your event!!!
Could you please let me know if food vendor applications are available?
